In order to be motivated a person should initiate and to be engaged in the activity. The absence of initial energizing factor does not allow the task to be accomplished. Moreover, motivated people not only initiate behaviour, but also strive for a particular goal. Strong motivation sustains behaviour and allows reaching a specific result.
